Nice place to stay and very helpful staff. The only thing they need to improve is the check-in process because it feels a little catchy, but overall, I had very nice stay.

This is clearly a condo tower that they’re just renting empty condos out. The staff only works off WhatsApp which is a bit sketchy and the concierge on site isn’t super helpful. Once I got into the room finally the bed smelled like farts, the light outside the bathroom was broken and was just a fixture, the housekeepers ran the washer and dryer and it was making a noise while I was trying to sleep which was super annoying, and the elevators were either not working or completely crowded. Overall it wasn’t a great experience and I would’ve rather stayed probably anywhere else. The whole time I just felt unwelcome.

We had multiplie issues with our condo. The biggest one was that we had no hot water to shower the entire trip! We are two women and were attending a professional conference. It was unacceptable. We called every day and they never fixed it or moved us to another room. Our wifi also didht work for an entire day and our coffee maker was broken and we never got it replaced. The rooms were dirty and stains on carpet. The view however was excellent and the staff were very nice

Our unit was dirty. We found long black hairs all over the couch stains on the couch dirt on the bathroom floor Our lights didn't work in the bathroom and noone came to fix them.

The bathroom was a bit dirty. The toilet needed a bit more cleaning. Also the check-in system was a bit confusing. The whole ipad thing was a bit complicated.

Concerned mirrors were cracked in closet on arrival - this should be mentioned ahead and repaired as I was concerned I’d be liable since leaving a security deposit. Also had issues connecting to wifi

The room could have been cleaner. There was only the fitted sheet and a duvet on the bed. Thought it odd that there wasn’t a flat sheet on the bed. Could not control temperature in the room. Only one working elevator so checking in took longer than expected. There had also been a false fire alarm that afternoon which may have affected ability to clean thoroughly.

Washing machine and dryer have clothes/sheets in them from a previous stay. Check-in at the front desk took over 30min. WiFi credentials were incorrect both on posted signs, as well as in the messages sent by the owner.

I truly wish I had seen the reviews on this property before I booked. I had the worst experience with my check-in and stay. The elevators were constantly broken and not working. Upon my check in, I had to lug my heavy suitcase up 18 flights of stairs to get to my floor. My room was still not ready at 4:55pm as the cleaner was still doing prepping my room for me. The wait times to use the elevators were long and frustrating when they were intermittently working. I had to check-in virtually online before arrival, then again in person with the security at the front desk which was quite frustrating. Lastly, the unit itself had lots of wear and stains on walls and upholstery for being a fairly new building. It didn't feel very clean. I would avoid this place at all costs.

the room wasn’t clean - leftover food in the fridge from the last client, and clothes in the washer/dryer made us question whether the place was cleaned at all. the mirror was cracked, and it was also very difficult to check into the place. it took us almost an hour to get checked in as receptionist staff were not helpful and there were many other people there too having the same difficulties.
