I like the fact that hotel was in walking distance to the event I attended. Quick check-in/out. Staff was very informative about surrounding area. I would recommend and enjoy another stay again when in area.

Was a great location to stay for concerts. No transportation needed 20 minutes walk. The hotel is kind of outdated and not much to do or places to eat around there. The continental breakfast was bare minimum.

The hotel and the room was clean. Walking distance to Roger’s Stadium. Staff were nice, professional and prompt service. The only downside is you can hear the airplane 24/7.

Clean and quiet

We were very happy. Fairly easy to find, clean and quiet. Didn’t seem busy or to be in a busy part of town but reasonable price and did offer a simple breakfast which was great for our family.

We did not want to spend a ton of money and this fit the bill. It is clean and we were just sleeping. Tv doesn’t work however not a big deal. Pillows and bed are def not great but again we didn’t want to pay $500+!!!

I was assigned a room that was in wholly unacceptable condition. The ceiling was damaged and peeling, the floors and bathtub were visibly dirty, and one of the towels was stained with toothpaste. I am concerned there were additional hygiene issues not immediately apparent. I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and that no alternative room could be provided. As I was in the city for a conference, I had no option but to stay the night. Given the unsanitary and neglected state of the room, I find the experience entirely unacceptable and inconsistent with the standards advertised.

Very friendly staff and excellent walking distance to the new Rogers Stadium. It's an older property but everything is in good working order and very quiet and convenient when attending a nearby concert. Simple continental breakfast but it was sufficient and much appreciated. We will definitely stay here again if we attend any more concerts at Rogers Stadium!
