We had a great stay The hotel is very clean, and the property is so pretty The beds were very comfortable as was the bedding The breakfast was amazing! Only downside was we could hear the people in the hallways, but we’re still able to sleep

Very rustic old hotel with many upgrades and renovations. I found the front desk staff to be rather 'snooty' ...on the side of arrogant. ie., when I arrived ( after a 5 hour drive) I approached receptionist and asked if there was a possibility of an early check-in ( it was approx 1:00pm, with a stated 3:00pm check-in). I was very sternly advised ( with a loud voice) that I was 'way' early ( duh ! ) . When I did return ( approx 3:30pm) I was advised the room was ready. I was then asked for a credit card ( I assumed for holding purposes) Instead, the cost of the room was charged directly to the card at that time ( typically paid in full upon check out ). I won't return to this location.
