Checking in was not as smooth as I expected with lack of details upon booking my reservation. The costs upon booking noted all taxes and fees included onlybto find out through many messages and securitybstaff that in addition to my already paid amount an additional deposit was requested after the booking had been already completed and charged funds for security deposit wS required before granting me access to the unit. The residence i give cleanliness 6/10. The unit offered in suite washer/dryer. Having seen the damp shrivelled towels hanging in the closet to dry I thought whomever cleaned the unit proor to my stay wasnt prepared in time to have all the expected necessities a guest would be using so for 2 days there were no towels so i used my own t shirts after showers and then would wash them afterwords. I had no issues with washing machine however the dryer wasnt operational. A huge inconvenience and dissapointment. I havent been granted any reimbursements only informed that the billjng team will be informed and to top it off 3-5 days to receive a credit for my deposit. Sure that might be standard policy for return of deposit but to experience the unfortunate events that followed does in my opnion warrant a differnet kind of care.
