When I checked in the front desk wasn’t around for 15mins. When she did come- she was rude. When I handed her my travel MasterCard. She didn’t like it- asked for another credit card. Then made me feel like I was some kind of prostitute. It was really uncomfortable. Then when we called down to ask for later check out- they agreed . Then at 930AM when sleeping they called my room and told me power and water off in 10-15 mins. Please get up and check out. Seriously rude

DO NOT GO HERE! I got up in the morning and my bed has 3 bed bugs in it. I contacted the property manager and they have not done anything about the issue. I sent pictures of the bugs and how my skin is. My skin has reacted to the bites, I have over 5 bites on my body and they are inflamed.

Satisfied with my stay

Customer service was top notch, rooms were relatively large in terms of size and offers the amenities a hotel should have. Although the shower pressure was a little weak but other than that, I had a great experience staying at the hotel and will be coming back next time I am in the area.

Cockroaches at Edward Hotel Room #929 STAY AWAY!!!

Hi, do not ever go to this Hotel. I saw cockroaches in three different locations. The most upsetting part was that they were not even hard to reach areas. Two under the sink on the white tile behind plastic garbage bin and one on the carpet on the carpet as soon as you enter. I stayed at room # 929. It was filthy. I was scared to look around further to spot more cockroaches. I’m very disappointed in Hotels.com to even recommend a hotel with cockroaches in it.

racist hotel

After booking with this hotel 3 days in advance, we arrived at the hotel. They took our deposit. Then returned the money and refuse to check us in because we are from China. They are racist. I will never ever book anything from this hotel and all related hotels HOTELS.COM did not help us on this either. I am considering using other platforms.
