Beautiful hotel. Some areas are in a bit of rough shape but didn’t impact our stay. Staff were very kind and accommodating. Great area and very close to the GO station. Clean rooms. Parking was great, we had a large truck and we had no issues with parking.

sliding doors to separate bedroom from the living room were broken and off the track was very hard to open and close them, couldnt turn off or change the temperature anything on the ac unit in our room , it stayed on the whole time and the room was freezing cold, needs better lighting in the rooms as well. the room was very clean , the hotel staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. kids loved the pool and baby cot was brought to our room instantly and very clean. we would definitely stay here again

I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the summer and this was just far the best. The room was clean and spacious, the staff very friendly and helpful. Convenient location. Take the breakfast at the hotel. We went to IHOP a few steps away and the staff was no where to be found. When they did arrive they sat is down and left use sitting for five or more minutes. No other patrons in the facility and now we know why.

The staff was amazing but the hotel was not well maintained. There was a flood in my room from the shower/tub that spread to the bedroom and soaked the carpet. The front desk supervisor was fantastic and found me another room, which I appreciated. The hotel was very aged and not in good shape and both rooms looked like they were on the verge of falling apart.

no breakfast was included in our package, Our room was cleaned every other day, parking was good 2 very knowledge staff were very kind and understanding Harsh has excellent customer service and understands the situations people find themselves in, coming to the,Marriott Courtyard in Brampton and accommodated our every need. Very understanding and compassionate man. Harsh should be recognized for his going above beyond for a family who saw a family member go through a life and possibly death threatening difficult long surgery. Happy to say the surgery was a success and family better in now on a long road to recovery.

Very nice hotel, the staff are terrific, very helpful and friendly. The bistro is also excellent. Our rating really applies to the pool and spa area. The roof seems to have a leak, for some time now. Plaster/drywall is falling down next to the hot tub leaving a gaping hole in the ceiling and a mess on the floor.

Main areas clean and well maintained, however not the rooms- we requested accessibility shower and 2 adjoining rooms- when we arrived front desk staff had no idea what adjoining rooms were and told us there weren’t any. Turns out the rooms we were assigned were actually adjoining however we had to use our luggage to keep the doors opened. Breakfast for a fee (we paid at time of booking) was so small for the price and limited, oatmeal was practically raw and not soft and creamy , couldn’t eat. One room had a hairdryer the size of an adult’s palm and when we plugged it in it smelled of burning and then abruptly sparked and “ died” and the accessibility shower was missing the pull down bench for elderly mobility challenged parents. Restaurant on site was lousy, Very disappointing stay in a Marriott hotel…will not return.
