自炊や買い物にも便利で、リラックスできるホテル

客室階は一番上の6階で、周囲も静かでリラックスできました。 ベッド、お風呂、テーブルなど、必要十分な設備が整っていました。調理器具も充実しており、電気コンロが２つ、深皿や平皿が３枚ずつ、電気ケトル、電子レンジ、フライパン、中型なべ、フォークやナイフ、冷蔵庫があり、自炊に重宝しました。徒歩５分ほどの所にLoblawsというスーパーマーケット（grocery shop）があり、買い物にも便利でした。 ホテルからUnion駅まで歩いたら40分ほどでした。バスや路面電車（Streetcars）を使えばもっと早く着きますが、市街地を眺めながら散歩するのも楽しいかもしれません（3月末で気温は5～10度くらいでした）。 ホテルの6階以外の部屋が、いわゆる生活困窮者の受け入れに使われているようで、ホテルの建物の外で彼らを見かけることがありましたが、宿泊客には何も影響はありませんでした。 受付時に、保証金として200ドルの預け入れ（現金かクレジットカード）が必要と言われて少し驚きましたが、チェックアウト後5日程度で返金されるという説明だったので安心しました。受付係の人はとても親切でした。 全体として、宿泊料金に見合った良心的なホテルだと思いました。

The hotel is in a great location for visiting Toronto. It is basic accommodation but we had no issues. The room was nice and the A/C worked fine. The room had everything we needed for a quick overnighter. The staff were very helpful.

We arrived at 7:30 AM, Well before the check in, before even entering the property we were greeted by staff and they offed us an early check in for no additional cost. Our room had a double bed and a single. This hotel has features a lot of others forget, I.e plates, cutlery, a toaster and popcorn bowl. AC the room. For the price and location it’s hard to beat

Was decent enough stay for you and a buddy, definitely wouldn't take my wife there. It's in a pretty shady area with lots of homeless people in the parking lot. Street is not very well lit if you are coming back after dark. But decent enough stay for a night or two if you want a basic place to stay.

The room was okay aside from one pillow smelling like pot. This must be some kind of half way house or something as there was a lot of folks down on their luck hanging around the place. This included several instances of screaming at each other. The loud A/C helped drown out any night time activity. We survived two night but I would not bring a family here.

I stayed here with my two daughters for a concert. It was affordable and not my first time in Toronto. It’s not far from attractions, off Queen Street East Don’t expect a five star hotel at this less expensive price. It’s a clean place to lay your head. The beds and sheets were clean and the mattresses very comfortable!

Staff were extremely nice and helpful. However, this should not be advertised as a hotel. This is a halfway house / homeless shelter with a few "hotel" rooms. Witnessed some alterations out front when trying to enter. It was quite uncomfortable. Also noticed active drug use in front of the entrance. Would not recommends for families or adults traveling alone.

Very basic but it served the purpose. There was no amenities to speak of but the location was good. No room service or restaurant. There is an elevator. Good parking close to down town Toronto (10 minutes).

We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome. We were expected, received warmly, and given very useful information related to our stay without having to ask for it. Despite the hotel's location in a neighborhood that might seem more or less safe in the evening, the establishment and the room were clean and properly furnished. During the day, we felt safe. There’s a park nearby where musicians put on a show in the afternoon, followed by a dance class. In short, the atmosphere was reassuring in daylight. The location was good in the sense that it was only about a 30-minute walk to Rogers Centre, but again, on the way back to the hotel (at 11 p.m.), we felt less safe than on the way there. We were very satisfied with the cost (for the room, and also for parking). On-site parking is always a plus!

Great location with comfy beds. I believe the rooms they give out are all on the 6th floor which is good for the view. Staff were really nice and give us a lot of tips for traversing the city the first time!
