"The room we stayed in was not clean, the bedsheets hat stains on it and the spiders were everywhere. The bathroom had moldy walls and the floor was always wet because of the drains. I wouldn't recommend staining there. The workers were nice."

"We arrived and were met by Mpho, a fantastic representative of the hotel. She was welcoming and professional and really stood out throughout our stay. All the people were brilliant. The hotel is in a brilliant location for all the sights, we walked everywhere with ease. The room was spotlessly clean with good quality products. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked nice and we liked the lounge area. The coffee machine there was not working very well but in the morning you could nip down to the breakfast area for your coffee fix. Great hotel with even better staff. "
