The communication with Alan, the #7 unit owner ,was excellent and efficient-available each time I sent a message or question. The building was overgrown with weeds and vines, no dumpster was easily accessible, and trash was laying around the walkways—it was rundown, unappealing, and NOT the condition nor building showcased in the listing. 「I was not able to find the contact information for the owner as a couple of things did come up during my stay. One was the elevator button for the 1st floor did not work. I did not take my suit case up as a result and just took what I needed for my stay up by hand. I was only staying a few days so no big deal. The other concern I had was that the laundry room was clearly identified other than that is was on the 3rd floor. I never found it but I was able to do my laundry where my family was...

We came in and it was very clean, smelled great and the host made sure that we had parking permits and gate card right on the table easy to find.
