With the lake just across the street, bonfire with everything you need to make s'mores, watch the stars on the back deck, stream your favorite Netflix shows, bring your fur-babies and keep them safe in the fenced yard, relax on our luxury mattresses and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning in the screened in porch. Perfect for us

The location was perfect for being really close to the lake. We felt safe and tucked away. Loved the screen room to sit out and listen to the rain. Hosts came out to tend to a few things like the screen door and the pin pad battery

Quaint House, Great Location

Perfect little house for our trip to watch softball. Short walk to the Lake Shawnee Softball Fields. Trails around the lake were great for morning walks. Convenient location with restaurants and shopping nearby. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Owner was readily available. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Rental

Being so close (less than a block) from Lake Shawnee was amazing. Great way to get in relaxing walks with our pup throughout the day. Easy access to the interstate. Older but super comfortable house with awesome shower water pressure. The lights on the screened in porch were a great touch. Will definitely book here again.

Pleasant Stay

I booked this VRBO for my brother and his family who was in town for a birthday party. The VRBO was clean, in a safe location and exactly how it was featured on the website. New Year’s Retreat

This little house by Lake Shawnee was a great launching off point for seeing family in the area, touring museums, and most of all resting from the Holidays. Walking the dog along the lake really helped me decompress from the Holidays and recenter and reset for the new year. The inside of the house was exceptionally clean. Backyard could benefit from a leaf raking. That said, I highly recommend this place.

Perfect Hidden Gem

Enjoyed this lovely gem. It was close to family, shopping and downtown restaurants. We walked at the lake with our dogs every chance we could.
