「In no way this is a 5 star resort. Completely overpriced for the level of services provided. Staff members were all polite but definitely not well trained and transactional, food very mediocre. Spectacular location. This resort is priced at the level of an Aman or Mandarin Oriental-type property and it is very far away from that. Very disappointing for the price we paid.

「Beautiful, stylish decor and interesting room design. Excellent location and great bar underneath. Unfortunately the room was cold, really cold, and smelt a bit damp. Would recommend a good airing out and running the heat pump for a bit, maybe an extra blanket for the sooks like me.」
