「Out of all the places we stayed during our three weeks on the South Island, Ratanui Lodge provided the best service and hospitality. Firstly, the staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much for them and the two ladies we dealt with went out of their way to give recommendations and ensure our stay was fantastic. 「I would recommend this property to anyone coming to Wellington! The location cannot be beat! The snacks in the room are such a nice touch! The rooms are incredibly spacious! Love having a separate shower and toilet! Easy to use entertainment! The bar at the hotel is great! The sparkling or flat water is such a small but appreciated detail on every floor! We were on the second floor and were honoured to see Viago daily. So many great dining, shopping or cultural options within walking distance!...
