Friendly greeting and quick checkin. The bed was so comfy that I simply sunk into sleep; fresh white linens. Bathroom spotless w a roomy shower that had the best water pressure and was hit. Great location in Margaret Street in a charming street

Pros: Very clean, convenient Cons: public area lighting is too bright and the curtains in the room do not keep the light out of the room completely. My bed was adjacent to the window which meant my sleep was impacted by the bright lights. Toiletries were incomplete, however the lovely staff at reception provided more upon request.

Service at check in was quick & easy and friendly staff. Room itself was clean and tidy. The front door only locked from the outside with a simple chain from the inside and a few things were broken, like the handle on the desk drawer, bottom towel rail in bathroom came off and was not secured properly and the shower head when removed from the holder fell apart from the hose. It was also a little noisy with cars parked so close to the front door of each room and the window in the bathroom could not be closed so was quite cold being almost winter and I had to put the air con up high to create heat. Overall, it was budget friendly and good for 1 night when you only need a shower & bed.

We arrived a little late so had to self check in, which was fine and simple. Happy with everything, only small complaint would be the hot water to forever to come through, which meant lots of water wasted. Other than that, all good. :)

It was lovely and cheap and convenient but the shower was horrible, it took a really long time to get warm and then it was too hot and when you added cold it went too cold! Very co be one for a quick one night stay and a bit noisy with the comings and goings all night but overall not bad
