「We have been here a few times now and to be honest this is the last time we will be visiting. The room was a disgrace, about at least 10 flys all through the room, none of the cabin has been cleaned properly, to give you some context, the dust pan and brush has faeces on it from the previous visitors, the sheets hadn't been changed, one of our kids found snot all over the blanket that had been left on his bed, we even found boogers and snot over our own sheets. The bin liner hadn't been taken...

「Beautiful area but was let down on the cleanliness and facilities. The white bedding had brown stains all over and cob webs in the bath room. On multiple websites it stated their was a spa for guest use, despite this not being the case. The info in our room also stated breakfast basket apon arrival as well as spa for guest to use, neither which were true. Little things can make a big impact, for example, it would have been nice when we came to our room after a hot day for the air con to be on,...

「The pictures provided of the property were not what we were greeted with. Pool was closed and extremely run down, room windowsills had a sort of black powder on them, stained pillows on the bed. Wasn’t expecting the Ritz but definitely expected more for the price for one night. 」

「デラックスダブルの部屋の設備のところにKitcenette（簡易キッチン）付きだという説明があったので、予約しましたが、実際にはトースターと電子レンジ、冷蔵庫のみで簡易キッチンはありませんでした。 アパートメントタイプにはあったようで、このホテルのホームページにはデラックスダブルとは説明がちゃんと区別してあったので、おそらくエクスペディアのミスです。 料理するつもりならばご注意ください。 あと、バスルーム入り口のドアの建て付けが悪く、開け閉めするたびガタガタしてガッカリでした。 ただし、隣接するレストランはすごく良かったです。けっして安くはありませんが、ワインのセレクトも良く、料理がすべて美味しかったです。地元の人たちですぐに満席になる評判のお店だそうです。」

「The hotel was perfect for my short trip away as a solo traveller. The room was great. It was clean as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the aircon was very effective. The shower was a decent size and the water was nice and hot and the pressure was great. The fan in the bathroom was good. The location was very good. Close to the station and bus stops and plenty of shops attractions and restaurants and cafes. Would definitely stay there again 」

「Excellent Motel that I could not recommend enough. Conveniently located next to the Central Deborah Gold mine the host was so friendly, helpful and informative. As I was leaving on the day that I visited the mine, he let me leave my car in the Motel car park. Room was large and very comfortable with the shower having amazing water pressure. 」

「日本語には対応していません。というか、恐らくベンディゴを訪れる日本人自体稀有でしょう。しかしながら懇切丁寧に対応してくれました。 ベンディゴからメルボルンまでのcourt busの予約をしてくれました。 部屋も清潔だし、置いてあるコスメもいいものでした。歯ブラシと歯磨き粉があればなおよかったですね。」
