"Breakfast options were poor. Most Europeans would be dismayed faced with the dismal packaged items and pathetic looking baked goods. We stayed in Echo Lodge where all other occupants were part of a reunion group, so we didn’t feel comfortable using the common living room or porch. (Apparently, this group thought they had reserved all the rooms in the lodge, and their group had been split up into different accommodations. This was an issue for another group when we were checking in.) Room and bathroom clean, but much smaller than anticipated. Some lights in the parking area weren’t functioning, so returning from dinner at the Inn was a bit treacherous. Leaving the parking lot and finding the path to our lodge was an adventure. Rooms in the off-site lodges need coffee machines! Staff —mainly teenagers— were friendly, mannerly and hard-working. "

"the room was very cute and pirate themed with great details. the kids greatly enjoyed the bunk beds and found them very comfortable. The pool was also really nice. We liked the restaurant but found breakfast a bit chaotic and hard to plan for due to needing reservations that were limited. The gym needs an update compared to the rest of the hotel, that part was disappointing but the rest of the hotel was great. I gave staff a slightly lower score due to the check in/check out process being virtual (on a screen) and not having a physical front desk to call down to but needing to message an AI 'wizard' with requests."

"The Emlsford New York Hampton Inn was excellent!!! I would highly recommend a stay there. Literally at the end of the exit / entrance ramp I-287. Very quick, efficient, and friendly check in! Very clean room! Love the bed, quality bedding and pillows. Love the bathroom amenities- full size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hairdryer, and quality towels. Great breakfast selection! I have absolutely nothing negative to say. 5 stars for everything at The Hampton Inn in Elmsford New York!!!"
