The location is good, close to the Yui Monorail, the rooms are top notch in terms of being modern, clean, and immaculately maintained (even by Japanese standards). "It was a beautiful condominium with all the necessities provided. The beds were comfortable, the duvets were thick and kept us warm. Accessibility was easy and we enjoyed a beautiful view from the 6th floor. A folder with instructions were provided with expectations. They provided house slippers and balcony slippers were provided as well. There were 2 bathrooms which was great for our family. My family if 5 were extremely comfortable and would highly recommend it to anyone! "

"The view and space was nice. The curtains let too much light in, the space needs sun-blocking curtains. My kids kept waking up too early in the day. It is a self-check in. There was mold on the bathroom ceilings, in the air conditioning vents, and the kitchen vent hoods, but once requested, they did come clean it. Place just needs a more thorough cleaner. They did offer to refund us some money for the inconvenience. Kitchen was fully stocked with what you need to cook. Oven was not available...

"I stayed for 10 days with my Wife and Kid. We loved staying in the apartment. I was clean and well equipped with all quality items. I did not have Car. But Bus stop is a Minute away. It was very helpful. Will always chose to stay in the place. "
