The Space:

Welcome to Dunes at Tomakin, a spacious beachside home where ocean views and relaxed coastal living take centre stage.



The heart of the home is the light-filled upstairs living area, where large windows frame the coastal outlook. The modern, fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of bench space for preparing meals, while the adjoining dining and living areas make it easy for everyone to come together.



Step outside onto the large ocean-facing deck – one of the highlights of the property. Start the morning with coffee overlooking the dunes and ocean, enjoy an afternoon drink in the sea breeze or settle in for an easy family dinner outdoors.



The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across three bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed

• Bedroom 3: Double bed + bunk bed

• Bathrooms: 1.5



Dunes at Tomakin isn't just a summer escape. In the cooler months, the wood-burning fireplace and heated floors make the home wonderfully cosy, while reverse-cycle air conditioning keeps it comfortable year-round. Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and a well-equipped kitchen make longer stays easy too.



Outside, there is room to enjoy the coastal surroundings, with a deck, lawn/garden area and BBQ facilities adding to the holiday feel.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the home and can enjoy a convenient self-check-in via key safe, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace.



The Neighborhood:

Tomakin is a relaxed South Coast village surrounded by beaches, coastal scenery and the beautiful Tomaga River.



Dunes at Tomakin is positioned within the Barlings Beach area, with both Barlings Beach and Tomakin's coastline close by. Spend your days swimming, walking the beach, fishing, kayaking or simply enjoying the slower pace of a coastal getaway. The original Beachside Boulevard development was specifically positioned close to both Barlings and Tomakin beaches.



For an easy meal or coffee, Rivermouth Café and Tomakin Club are also nearby, making it possible to enjoy plenty of your holiday without venturing far from Tomakin.



Getting Around:

Tomakin is easy to explore locally on foot, particularly for beach days and nearby dining. A car is recommended if you'd like to explore more of the Eurobodalla coast, with Broulee, Mossy Point, Moruya and Batemans Bay all within easy reach.

• This is a family holiday home – parties, events and Schoolies bookings are not permitted

• The property has 1.5 bathrooms, so we recommend guests consider this when booking for larger groups

• Wi-Fi is provided

• Linen is supplied

• A starter supply of basic guest essentials is provided. For longer stays, guests will need to purchase additional supplies as required, and we recommend bringing any specific items you know you'll need.

• Wood fire and heated flooring make this a particularly lovely option for winter stays.
