El estacionanmiento es muy reducido, se supone que le deben pedir la llave a la gente para mover el coche pero no lo hacen y los que nos quedamos al fondo no pudimos salir. El que atiende en la noche es prepotente y responde de mala gana. Las camas y las almohadas están en mal estado y son incómodas. El internet es muy malo, nunca pude abrir nada desde mi teléfono y la TV nunca transmitió ningún canal (supongo que por lo mismo) Mejor pagar un poco más y ahorrarse todas esas molestias.

La habitación muy pequeña, sin contactos para el teléfono, el agua de la regadera sin presión, el estacionamiento insuficiente para el número de habitaciones. Me parecio poco amable la actitud del personal, Al hacer el chek in el primer comentario de la recepción fue que el chek out era al día siguiente a las 12:00 hrs. El hotel tiene buena ubicación. Pero la dirección que pone Expedia es con error, ponen calle del Vergel y el establecimiento se encuentra en la calle de Durango. Hay varios aspectos por mejorar.
