Hotel is lovely, bedrooms are large, great wood views, hammock and outdoor terrace seating. Fireplace inside the room gives it a very cozy feeling. All staff is great and super friendly. The food is amazing. Giving it a 4 star due to the bad internet reception. But overall a great place to stay and spend your holidays in Valle de Bravo

La comida es de Grupo Fishers (mismo menú que Fishers House) , la habitaciones estan lindas (son nuevas), la atención de todos es excelente. La alberca y el jacuzzi estan super caliente el agua, deli para estar ahi en la tarde.

Es un hotel muy caro para lo que ofrece. No sirve el sauna ni el vapor y no tienen la atención de avisarte para que este en tu decisión si tomas el masaje o no, además de que tampoco tienen personal que te auxilie saliendo del masaje. La alberca helada y cuando solicitamos que la prendiera nos dijeron que iba a tardar mucho que solo prendían el jacuzzi. Tienen poco personal, muy mala su señal de wifi y para poder usar el jacuzzi del cuarto teníamos que esperar que lo prendieran de recepción para poder usarlo. Deja mucho que desear el hotel, No lo recomiendo, no tiren su dinero

Mi experiencia fue entre semana supongo que tiene mucho que ver. El spa no tenía disponibilidad. El restaurante solo abre en las tardes. Pudimos ingresar a la alberca hasta las 11 de la mañana.
