This completely remodeled home offers two separate bedrooms with TVs to allow for quiet, relaxing nights. Netflix is available for your viewing. A fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sectional sofa, and enclosed porch add to the charm. Coffee maker is present to warm up with a hot cup in the morning. Conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Perrysburg, and is a 5 minute drive to Levis Commons. 1 mile from the highway, this location can’t be beat! Enjoy off street parking in the driveway on a nice, quiet street. Wifi available. The perfect place to enjoy your time away from home.

Perfect layover spot

We enjoyed our stay. This was a pit stop on our way to drop off our daughter at college. House was cozy, clean, and very cute! Our host left recommendations in the house for where to go eat. We followed her recommendations and loved our meal. We would definitely stay here again.

So cute, much better than staying in a hotel and cheaper :)

This place was so cute, clean, and perfect for the two of us. This place could easily accommodate at least two more people, except that there is only one bathroom if that is an issue). The price was comparable or less than a hotel, but had two bedrooms (one with a king), a kitchen, washer and dryer, backyard, and a living room with a sectional couch. It was close to historical downtown Perrysburg in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. We loved it.

This space was perfect for what we needed and it is close to a lot of stores. The inside is very nice and updated and decorated in good taste. The outside however needs some TLC. The neighborhood is quiet.

Great cozy 2 bed Bungalow

This house was fantastic for myself, my sisters and mom. It has 2 bedrooms one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. It also had 1 bathroom that was fully stocked. Which was impressive. The outside of the property was in need of a little dusting of cobwebs.

I stayed here with my parents while visited relatives. This house was well-stocked, clean inside, and everything worked. Kitchen was great. Check in and out were seamless. Owners were responsive. The house is older, with new flooring and a fresh coat of paint and new kitchen. The beds were ok, foam mattresses with mattress protectors but no mattress pads, thin sheets, really nice pillows. Shower worked great. The outside of the house really needed a good cleaning. There were cobwebs and built up debris around all the windows and doors. And I think that contributes to the slight mustiness.
