Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
Not a great location as very noisy, dirty and didn't feel that safe. Red light area of Shinjuku. Only stayed due to running the marathon, but next time would stay at the Hotel Gracery Asakusa for the whole trip.

Shinagawa Prince Hotel
A little confusing where to check in the first day as each tower has its own recetion desk. Good location and lots of places to eat in the complex. Feels like a resort set up.
