Rooms were clean and convenient. Theme rooms were very cool and came with novelty items. No dedicated storage space in the rooms we were in.

Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
Not a great location as very noisy, dirty and didn't feel that safe. Red light area of Shinjuku. Only stayed due to running the marathon, but next time would stay at the Hotel Gracery Asakusa for the whole trip.

Rooms are small but clean. Convenient location when. Staying in Japan. Direct drop off for Airport limo bus too. 👍

Shinagawa Prince Hotel
A little confusing where to check in the first day as each tower has its own recetion desk. Good location and lots of places to eat in the complex. Feels like a resort set up. Train station across the road. We were in the main tower, room was older but very clean but no ventilation fan so heated ...
