This is a spacious three-bedroom Japanese-style apartment located on the 4th floor, with a total area of approximately 100㎡.
Right downstairs you will find the JR Keio Line “Hachimanyama” Station, shopping street, convenience stores, restaurants, and a large supermarket.

The apartment is only a 2-minute walk from Hachimanyama Station, so you may hear the sound of passing trains.
Train services stop between 00:00 and 05:00.
If you are highly sensitive to train noise, please consider carefully before booking.

This is a strictly non-smoking property.
Smoking may trigger the fire alarm, and any associated fines or disturbances to neighbors will be the responsibility of the person involved.
