Good hotel with a safe area and near a train stations to the main hub. The room was small and the pillow was pretty hard but besides that nice hotel, quiet and clean and friendly staff!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Always acknowledged with a respectful bow despite being gaijin and badly fumbling the check in process. I enjoyed having a smoking lounge on the premises. Location was fantastic and short walk to train and anything else you need. Quality of everything in Japan is superior and Via Inn Shinjuku is no exception 🙂

Excellent staff. Nice hotel with some amenities. There is a smoking room by the front door that you can smell cigarette smoke. It’d be better if it were tucked somewhere in the back. Excellent house keeping.

This hotel was perfect for a solo traveler. It was a small room but perfect for one person. The hotel was close to the train roughly 10 minute walk. There’s shopping everywhere in the area and convenient stores. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay.
