The location is convenient to use train and the taxi seems to get there easily. The apartment is clean and has restaurants and supermarket nearby. The only drawback is the wifi is pretty horrible. I had to get down to Starbucks and McDonalds to use their wifi.

Jacob was very helpful and easy to work with. He gave recommendations from food to eat and places to go. The place was clean and right outside is a 7-11 with an ATM. Station is about 7 minute from the stay. 10/10 would stay again!

This was me and my wife’s first time in Japan and the location of the stay was honestly so perfect. It was quiet, peaceful and at home. There was a 7/11 downstairs, Starbucks & food options around. There was a grocery store right next door. The train station was about 6 minutes away and central to all the things we had planned. The room was spacious, welcoming and tidy. Large shower and bathroom area compared to a lot of other places I saw. The bed was so comfortable and there was 1 bed and 2 pull outs. I had school work to do and the WiFi was very fast for me. The host Jacob was hands down AMAZING, he was so kind. Any questions we had or needed anything he was one call or text away. He made the check in and out process so smooth. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND & WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!!!

We enjoyed the stay and the communication with the host was smooth and helpful. However, we felt the description was promising too much. The apartment was nice, but not a “luxury apartment” and it faced directly into the barrier of the main highway. Also, it was not located in Shimokitazawa, but in Maideimae 2 kilometers away.

Super nice place, we were a group of 7 friends and it worked perfectly for our 3 week stay. The apartment had everything we needed, from WiFi, TV, stove, microwave as well as a consistently warm shower and bath. The location was also perfect with access to a 7 Eleven that was open 24/7 if we needed food. It was also a close walk from Meidaimae Starion, allowing us to get to both Shibuya and Shinjuku without having to change. There were also many places to eat out within a close proximity to the apartment.
