コーヒー好きとしては最高でした。宿泊者は何杯飲んでも無料だなんて…。カフェエリアでは本も結構置いておりwifiもありますし、まったり読書をしながらコーヒーを飲んで、非常に快適なステイでした。 １週間滞在しており、３日目あたりから店員さんは注文するドリンクを覚えてくださっていて何も言わずとも私の姿が見えたらサッと作ってくださいました。ありがとうございます。 お部屋も広々としていて、窓が大きく、開放感があり、加湿機能付きの空気清浄機があり乾燥することもなく快適でした。 ベットメイキングも完璧で、しかも早い。 またホテルに滞在する際は迷わずこちらですね。 いや〜本当に良かった。 お世話になりました。

広くて、寛げる快適な空間とカフェ風ロビー

マンションのリノベだと思われますが、自宅のようなゆったり寛げる空間となっており快適でした。 一方、エレベーター内のルームキーカード読取から、階数ボタンを押すまでの許容時間が短すぎて何度もエラーが出ました。最初は故障かと思ってフロントの方を呼び出したほどです。 あれだけは改修さして欲しいと思います。 1階ロビーはカフェ空間となっており、ロビーらしからな雰囲気で良い意味で意外性もあって個人的には気に入りました。

Insomnia hotel has large rooms and has really good location , surrounded by 3 subway stations ( ginza line , chiyoda line ) it has parking spaces and gym ,( rare to find in akasaka district ) every guest gets to have a free coffee or tea everyday , nice

The location is great and convenient; the facilities and amenities are pretty good; a nice cafe on site with free drinks and a spacious room with contemporary furniture and furnishings, but could be better maintained and cleaned: the carpet in the room, the hallway and the elevator was not very clean and one lighting in the room was not working.

I loved everything about Innsomnia! Spacious rooms, bathroom necessities provided, free coffee for guests! Easy 3 minute walk to the closest train line, Chiyoda. Plenty of shops in walking distance.

フロントとカフェの従業員が同じとは思わず、フロントにチェックインしようと荷物を持っていても誰もいないのでエレベーターで上がるのかどうかウロウロしました。 同じくチェックアウト後の荷物の預かり、受け取りに人が居ない。 両方は無理があるのでは？ 部屋は広くて良いのですが、わざわざベットのすぐ横にトイレは無いと思います。 カーペットも劣化していました。トイレもウオシュレットを使うと床に水がこぼれます。蓋も壊れてはずれます。

Good location

Location is good. Near to lots of yummy food, subway lines and hostess bars (wink wink), which is typical for Tokyo business district. The coffee shop at the first floor can get very crowded. It makes it a very strange lobby. The rooms are big. But improvements on cleaniless are needed. Lots of women hair in toilet.
