Nice, but unfriendly employees

Nice hotel, but definitely progress to be made in the front desk. Not very friendly, and quite aggressive to charge any minute after the checkout time..

The location is great and convenient; the facilities and amenities are pretty good; a nice cafe on site with free drinks and a spacious room with contemporary furniture and furnishings, but could be better maintained and cleaned: the carpet in the room, the hallway and the elevator was not very clean and one lighting in the room was not working.

Good location

Location is good. Near to lots of yummy food, subway lines and hostess bars (wink wink), which is typical for Tokyo business district. The coffee shop at the first floor can get very crowded. It makes it a very strange lobby. The rooms are big. But improvements on cleaniless are needed. Lots of women hair in toilet.
