The room was fantastic and well kept, and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My only minor complaint was that the fitness room was not available while I was there, but otherwise I had a wonderful experience!

Had a premium room during our stay in Japan, always cleaned and had amenities for us to grab at the front when we get back from exploring every night . Had a great stay here - friendly staff, room cleaning/fresh towels every 3 days or requestable by putting the supplied magnet on the door. Firm mattresses, clean room, good water pressure. Breakfast was great. Easy check out. Check in 3pm unless you download the app and join the Sotetsu Hotels loyalty programme (free) and then you can check in at 2pm. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The property is very clean. Housekeeping cleans every 3 days max to maintain cleanliness. All staff very kind, and with enough english to get by if needed. Highly recommend. Nit ib the best location, in terms if local things to do. Most things are around 30 minutes away via big sight or renkai line. But the property is great.

i rarely write reviews but i enjoyed my stay at Sotetsu Grand Fresa. The room and bathroom area doesn’t feel to cramp, spacious enough to move around, lawson conbini in the hotel, laundry room available, and close enough to tokyo disney if you plan to go to the amusement park. the only downside is that it is a bit far from the cities where it takes 30-50 mins to get home depending where you are but i think it’s worth it compared to paying more for hotel stay to stay near the cities. definitely recommend!!

Just up the street from Diver mall and the giant unicorn gundam. The hotel is well maintained and the frontdesk staff is super nice and friendly. They have a Lawsons on the second floor and a Thai resturant on the ground floor. They have another reaturant for breakfast but we slept in. Our washer/dryer in the room got stuck and we were unable to wash all we wanted to. They have two very large booths full of different types of amenities, face masks and other bath and beauty products.
