便利で快適

2度目の利用をさせて頂きました。 設備も整っていて過ごしやすく、快適でしたが、 ソファーが小さいくて2人できついくらいでした、家族みんなで座れるソファとテーブルが有れば良いです。またエアコン全部のの羽にカビがついており空気が心配でした。掃除をお願いしたいです。食事も買い物も近くでとても便利でした。 あとは全部良かったです。

家族で利用したのですが、ホテルの部屋だと狭苦しくなりがちですが、こちらはリビングや寝室も大変ゆとりがあり、トイレ・バス・洗面所が全て独立しており快適でした。 何より助かったのがトイレが二ヶ所ありあった事です。 これまでホテルをよく利用して来たのですが、まるで我が家で過ごしてる様な快適さで、コスパも素晴らしく、今後こういった宿泊施設もありだな〜と。 駅からも近く迷う事もなく、玄関を出てすぐのところにスーパー、コンビニ、飲食店も多く何不自由なく大変快適に過ごせました。

This was our first time in Japan, we only knew a smattering of Japanese and were getting to grips with the Tokyo transit system. The first convenience which we really appreciated was how close the apartment was to its nearest station - Komazawa Daigaku, a ten minute walk around the corner. Which subsequently is only a ten minute commute on the Den-Entoshi Line to Shibuya Station which you'll likely be passing through a lot. We stayed for two weeks in the 2nd floor apt and were grateful for all of the amenities - two toilets, a decent shower & bath tub, a sensible kitchen including a washing machine & dryer which came in very handy and ample living space for the 4 of us. The futon beds were acceptable, not as soft as what we're used to here in the west but after a busy day's sightseeing they were just fine. Also worth noting is that the apt is on the same street as two supermarkets if you need light groceries, a pharmacy and two very nice ramen diners. Its even a gym if you happen to play Pokemon Go. Its worth noting that there is no front desk or staff here if you need help however whenever I had any enquiries before and during our stay they were very quick to respond and were helpful, the check in with a security code was also super easy. I highly recommend staying here if this is your first trip to Japan as it is very good value for money and an easy base to return to as you take in the local culture.

とても快適でオススメです！

こちらは二世帯住宅のような造りの戸建てです。我が家には小学生男子がいるので、二階で騒いで下にご迷惑をおかけするのも、と思い、1階フロアを選択しました。始め数日は、2階にどなたも来なかったので静かでしたが、その後、お客様が入られ、深夜うるさかったらどうしようと心配になりましたが、全く気になる事なく、終始快適に過ごせました！1階は洗濯機がありませんが、道路を挟んで向かいにコインランドリーがあり、利用しました。除菌コースが最高に良かったです！半蔵門線の駒沢大学駅は徒歩圏ですし、目の前のバス停からは、東横線の学芸大学駅にも出られますし、イオン系のスーパー、コンビニ、ラーメン屋、焼肉屋、パン屋など、駅まで行かずとも何でも揃っているので、本当に便利でした。子ども達は、ココに住みたい！というくらい。快適に過ごさせて頂き、ありがとうございました。家電も不自由なく使えますが、強いて言えば、今回6泊の滞在でしたので、掃除機が付いていたら良かったです。それと、お風呂の排水溝に蓋が無いのは口コミで見て覚悟していましたが、滞在中1回、息子の足がバッチリはまりました。息子の足より、排水溝のゴミ取りネットが壊れそうで心配でした。小さいお子さんがいる方は、そこは気をつけた方が良いと思います。

Its a very cute place. It could also use a deep cleaning and towels that smell good when dampened :/. Besides that, the location is very convenient close to stores, train station and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and I would stay there, again.

Highly recommended for family n group stay.

It was so amazing... Accommodation is nearby main area. Easy excess to subway station. Very convenient for family stay. Near local store to stock up your grocery. Near family mart and so on. House is very clean and comfortable. Very spacious. We will definitely will stay here again should we visit Tokyo again. Highly recommended.

휴식이 있는 공간

시부야 역에서 전철로 세정거장이라 교통은 크게 불편함이 없었고 주위가 대학교 주변이라 조용한 휴식을 취한점은 좋았으나 이틀 사용하면서 욕실 용품을 그대로 사용했던점은 아쉬운 부분입니다. 또한 주변의 여러정보가 기재되어 있는 정보가 있었으면 좀 더 긍정적인 평점을 얻을수 있을것으로 생각되네요. 객실의 청결도나 관리상태는 좋은편이구요.

新しく綺麗な建物、便利な場所

4人で滞在だったのて、部屋は普通の広さでした。都内のホテルよりははるかに広く、リーズナブルなのはとても良かったです。 トイレも２つあり、特に不満はありませんでしたが、お風呂の排水溝の蓋がなかったので、うっかり足を置いてしまい転びそうになりました。あとバスブの外の枠部分にカビがあったのと、シンクも掃除か行き届いてなく、少し汚れが目立ちました。床も素足で歩いていたら足の裏がホコリだらけになってしまいましたが、あと、特に不自由はありませんでしたが。食器類が人数分より少なかったです。コーヒーを、スープのカップで飲みました。 全体的な感想としては、新しい部屋だったのでとても良かったです。周辺も食べ物屋さんか沢山あり、とても良かったです。

Clean and comfortable living in Tokyo

This place was a great find! Conveniently located besides a grocery store and other amenities, short walk to trains, it was a wonderful place to crash while we spent the days exploring Tokyo. We were surprised how large and spacious it was. There are 3 tiny bedrooms upstairs each with a single bed, desk and air conditioner unit. Downstairs there was a large bedroom , 2 toilets, a shower room, kitchen, living area, washer dryer, even a small balcony to hang your clothes. Communication in English was a challenge. we never saw or heard from the hosts which was fine because everything we needed was provided. Place was very clean. Smoking permitted in the kitchen near the hood fan which unfortunately meant there was a slight smell, noticeable to us as no smokers- but no big deal. Overall, it was a bright and spacious space that suited our family of 5 perfectly.
