The space

This listing is located on the 4th floor of a Tokyo building located 2 minutes from the Arayakushi-Mae station, in Nakano which is in the HEART of Tokyo. A 9-minute train ride takes you to the vibrant Shinjuku station.
Please be mindful that this listing does NOT feature an elevator and is comprised of 2 units separated by a "common hallway".
In this building, there are only 2 units per floor, so only your units are on the 4th floor. The shower is in one of the units while the other unit features a toilet (without a shower). The hallway that separates both rooms is a common space.
As for the size of the apartment, it can accommodate up to 8 people max.
As for Arayakushi-Mae, it is very close to Shinjuku; which is one of Tokyo's major hub station transiting approximately 3.5 million people a day. While Shinjuku is VERY EXCITING, I also love Kamitakada and the Arayakushi-Mae station, as a 9-minute train ride takes you to the exciting world of Shinjuku and at night when you have had enough of the crowds you will be able to come back to the quieter side of the city to refresh for your next day.
Now, please note that while I say "quieter" it is just relative as Kamitakada / Araiyakushi-Mae is still VERY LIVELY under any international standards, with dozens of family restaurants, convenience stores, and bars open 24X7.
Public Transport times to common tourist spots include:
Nakano: 12 minutes (by bus), 19 minutes walking
Shin-okubo: 20 minutes
Shinjuku: 9 minutes
Yoyogi: 16 minutes
Shibuya: 23 minutes
Roppongi: 30 minutes
Ginza: 32 minutes
Getting in from the Airport is a breeze and I recommend you take either the Narita Express (a.k.a NEX) or the Limousine bus to Shinjuku and then a 10-minute cab ride has you at the property.
If you are traveling from Haneda and your family is between 2 and 6 members I recommend you take a cab directly to the property from Haneda Airport which would be around 75USD with tolls under a new fixed price program.
If you are still comparing apartments I would recommend that while you do so you take into consideration the location, ownership and size. This apartment is particularly in the heart of Tokyo, owned (i.e: NOT subleased), well cared for, and has a decent size at 40+ square combined meters of floor space.
