Hotel was not clean. The bed sheets had stains on all 3 beds. I paid for a 3 bed hotel room and there was no space to lay out luggage or sit down. Staff was very friendly and are able to communicate in English. Not a lot around the hotel. It’s a good area if you need to be close to Haneda airport.

Friendly staff and conveniently located near 2 train stations. Plenty of nearby restaurants and many are open early/late. Room was small but it was expected and we were out sightseeing most of the time so it worked. I stayed in the 3 twin bed room and description was as described.

Clean but for 3 people staying in the room it was a little small. The location was great for doing some shopping in the shopping alleyways and it is close to the kieku-kamata train station (to get to Hanada airport easier) and a short walk to Kamata train station.

Very convenient location, but small rooms. They have an amazing staff and are super helpful. There are a ton of dining areas less than five minutes away from the hotel, and the train station is only 5-8 minutes away.

This hotel surpassed my expectations, the room was clean and had everything we need to make our stay comfortable, the train station was 2 minutes walk and the various restaurants and convenience stores were fantastic. All the people at the reception was super friendly and helpful, even they helped me finding a chiropractor!!! 5 x stars to this hotel and to all the people that works there, they made our stayed a very happy and memorable!!!
