Very close to train station. Quiet area. The staff was friendly. However I found a lot of desk under the bed. But overall a nice experience.

It is smaller building, so understandable there is no coin laundry in the building, but wish there was anyways. I had my first earthquake in japan in the hotel. The building was swaying for a while but apparently its made that way to absorb the shock. Meaning farely new building.

Very eco friendly, a must stay for only a short period stays. Rooms are small but prefect for solo travellers or a pair of traveller's. Cleaning and hygiene is priority so expect your room to be clean every 3days regardless of if you are there or not.

Relatively accessible area to multiple train stops. Walkable distance to Gotanda. Dining options are plentiful. General housekeeping can be better. Couple nights, room cleaning was not done correctly. I found bed sheets hanging on the TV, bed was made haphazardly and there were no fresh towels in one of the night.

Loved the location. Suburban area of Shinagawa, close to street eateries, and convenient stores. Accommodation small compared to Australian standards, but everything we needed. Staff were accommodating, although language was a barrier. Google translation was needed.

Though the area isn’t close to any main tourist attractions in Tokyo, it is close to the train. What I loved about it was it is a part of Tokyo where there are many small shops, convenience stores and not a ton of tourists. Everyone in the area was kind! I mean it’s japan so you will get a few obachans who will stare at you unflinchingly haha. The room is small, so standard for japan. The thing I was happy about the most was that the front staff were always helpful, super kind! In addition, the bed was the softest one I’ve had in japan (that is not to be confused with the bed being American standard of softness lol) with decent pillows. Overall if you want to get out of the hustle and bustle of touristy areas stay here, but it’s not near the center of anything and you have to be willing to take longer train rides with transfers. Even so, two convient train stops with 3 lines are only a 3 min walk away.

It is expected. Very minimalist to be eco friendly. The breakfast provided has to be eaten in the room, which is weird. I wished they had a dining area and the food would be more substantial than a to-go type of menu. Very very clean and room is decent but could be larger. Nice for a quick stay.

It was almost perfect. I just wish the hotel had a laundry facility. After a long day of exploring the city i would have preferred a place to wash in the facility itself. But the staff was top notch and they did a good job continuously giving clean supplis as well as cleaning the room.
