"Helpful and friendly staff. The Onsen is very nice especially the outside area that you can hire. The beds were comfortable. Not a lot of space for storage of clothes and luggage in the rooms. "Freaking rad place. Huge, comfy rooms. Balconies. Free drink bar 24/7. But will likely not be as fun if you can’t read books in Japanese. Also not a great place to access by train if you’ve got luggage since it’s a bit of a walk. By car is great though! You can get a free parking voucher."
