"沖縄のおばあの家。と言う感じ。全てきれいに整えられていて、とても良かったです。今回1泊でしたが、次は連泊で利用したいと思います。
wifi 設定がQR からできず手動で行いました。"

"チェックイン前日 に来るはずだった案内メールが届かず、フロント玄関の鍵が開けられない状況になった。
たまたま、他のチェックイン客が開けてくれたので館内に入ることは出来た。
2度目の投宿で要領は分かってはいたが、鍵の開錠ができない、というのは想定外であった。
その場で電話で前述の件を伝えたが「ああ、ごめんなさい」程度の反応で落胆した。
館内の清掃、部屋の準備を含めて、Value for moneyだとは思っているが、案内メールの発信は毎日確認するべきだと思う。
次回も利用させてもらいたいが、ぜひ改善をお願いしたい。"

"駐車場も広く、部屋も全て清潔でした。
リビングも広く一棟貸切ということもあり、子供もある程度騒いだり走り回っても 他に滞在している方がいないので気持ち的にも余裕が持てました。また、コロナ禍ではこの様なホテルが神経質にならずにのんびりできるのではないかな。。
一つ残念だったのは、宿泊日や滞在中に問い合わせたい事があり施設先に連絡したが一度も出ていただけず、対処に時間がかかった。別経由での連絡でもホテル側と連絡とれず、問題が解決できなかった。その部分のみ残念でしたが、他はとても快適に過ごすことができました。
何かあった時ように、連絡がつく電話番号などあれば良いと思います。
また利用したいです。"
