"チェックイン前日に来るはずだった案内メールが届かず、フロント玄関の鍵が開けられない状況になった。 たまたま、他のチェックイン客が開けてくれたので館内に入ることは出来た。 2度目の投宿で要領は分かってはいたが、鍵の開錠ができない、というのは想定外であった。 その場で電話で前述の件を伝えたが「ああ、ごめんなさい」程度の反応で落胆した。 館内の清掃、部屋の準備を含めて、Value for moneyだとは思っているが、案内メールの発信は毎日確認するべきだと思う。 次回も利用させてもらいたいが、ぜひ改善をお願いしたい。"

"Staying here for 4 nights, room is spacious and exactly as on the photos. Kitchen is well equipped, there is balcony in the photo but is locked and not allowed to access. The toilet seat is not a Japanese style one, shower pressure is weak. There is a 2 in 1 washer and dryer. WiFi is bit slow too. Free parking is a plus. They required pre-check in registration but I kept on having issue uploading our passport which is a bit annoying, until the day before check in I finally made it. Overall it...

"Love the house with 3 restrooms. Thank you for that. My husband was little worried with one restroom with places I’ve looked. Very spacey and clean. My daughter and my granddaughter like the stores around the area. Yes, we will stay there again. "
