The staff were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive—always greeting us with a smile and happy to help with any request, even in English. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a generous buffet that blended Okinawan specialties with Western favorites, and the made-to-order options were a lovely touch. The highlight was the rooftop bar, where we enjoyed drinks while taking in stunning panoramic views of Naha—the perfect way to unwind each evening. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the location couldn't be better, just a short walk to Kokusai Street with shops and dining all around. This hotel exceeded every expectation, and I can't wait to return."
