We love every part of it !! Except the room ,food option. the I feel like the bathroom in the room needs an update , I feel like the food could use more of a Mexican taste instead of an American taste. People go to Mexico for the food the experience not pasta most of the time but beside that everything else was great! Outdoor pools were beautiful, great staff. Everyone is always helpful , kids loved it!

The resort was spectacular!! The staff was great friendly and very well ran, they covered everything that we needed during our stay, I highly recommend Gaucho for dinner or meals the chef Marcos was amazing!!! Treated us like a family member!

We stayed here last year and were so impressed with the food, service, and cleanliness that even though there were some issues, we decided to visit again this year. I booked an ocean front room. When we arrived, that room was not available and they tried to say an ocean view room was ocean front. They did offer each of us a massage to compensate. We were able to move to an ocean front room the next day, and they planned to transfer our bags. This was inconvenient since we didn't know when that would happen or where our bags would be throughout the day. We also had a room with a private plunge pool. It was not very private though, as there seemed to be maintenance staff constantly in the area. The plunge pools are not heated and are positioned so they only get morning sun. They encouraged us to order room service, but the food was cold when delivered and not very good, The nightly entertainment was just that, entertaining. The restaurant meals were all, once again, top-notch. We used the Go Majestic transfer service to/from the airport and it was a great experience. Clean, friendly, and on time. Our butler service was not as great as last year, but it was still pretty good.

Not a fan of the billing and closing out a "tab" after every meal or drink ordered; gets old fast; I go on vacation all inclusive to not think about $
