"Saavuimme myöhään ja tilat olivat suuret, joten valitsimme mieleisimmän huoneen. Huoneita oli paljon, mutta koko huoneistoa vaivasi kylmyys. Perusmukavuudet löytyi ja pyyhkeet olivat sängyllä. Siisteys vaikutti olevan perustasoa kunnes katsoimme WC ja kylpyhuonetilaan, joka oli inhottavan likaisessa kunnossa. Oli jäänyt pönttö ja lavuaari siivoamatta. Jouduimme välttämään tilan käyttöä. Maksu piti jättää käteisellä pöydälle. Pyysimme kuittia jälkikäteen, mutta se ei saapunut koskaan perille...

"The house is very clean. The air is fresh. The lake is very beautiful. Stayed with kids for about a week. Children trained figure skating in Kite. It takes about half an hour to get to Kite by car. The house has everything, only there was not enough washing machine."

"The cabin is located in a very quiet place, fully equipped and with several spaces to enjoy the stay, sauna with firewood and barbecue separate from the main house. The reception was very attentive and cordial and showed us information about how each place works."

"La anfitriona muy amable, pendiente de nuestra llegada, muestra todo lo que se debe conocer de la vivienda y servicios. La cabaña es estupenda, espaciosa y la tipica vivienda finlandesa. El muelle y lago expectaculares. Muy importante las normas de seguridad que tienen tanto en carpeta con todo la información así como en la pared de entrada. Cercano al pueblo de Tohmajarvi, donde se hay supermercado, ferretería, farmacia"

"I was met by the owner Passi who was waiting for me. I had booked into one of the apartments but wes told that I was staying in one of the cottages by the lake.
Passi took me to the cottage which has its own wood burning sauna and stunning views looking out to Lake Orivesi.
It was really peaceful and it has its own private beach and a rowing boat plus a swing which I must admit I spent quite a bit of time on there.
The centre of Kitee is about 20 minutes away in a car so if like me you do not...
