‘Il Belpoggio Su Todi' (roughly translatable in "The beautiful hillock over Todi” - a name meant to underline the aerial view that can be enjoyed over Todi and the surrounding countryside) is a tiny hamlet surrounded by a terraced garden, an olive grove, a forest and a breathtaking view.
It has been recently fully renovated, safeguarding the typical Umbrian architecture, with the use of local materials - the terracotta floors, exposed stone for the external walls, the antique tiles on the roofs.
Every detail allows you to enjoy the warm experience of an Italian country house with all the amenities, including a spectacular infinity pool in which you can cool off during the summertime.
1) GREATER VILLA (GV)
Il Casale Grande (Greater Villa) is 340 square meters villa, on two floors, and it sleeps 9 people.
There is a beautiful 120 square meter living and dining room where you can relax, eat all together, or read before the monumental fireplace.
You will enjoy a typical Umbrian stone kitchen, 30 square meters large, fully equipped, with its own fireplace.
The sleeping rooms are all on the first floor and are divided as follows:
- 3 full double bedrooms all with private bathrooms,
- 1 double bedroom with bathroom (+ 1 adjoining single single bedroom).
There is also a small lounge between the sleeping rooms.
2) SMALLER VILLA (SV)
Very similar characteristics as the Casale Grande’s ones, only smaller.
The bedrooms are all on the second floor and are divided as follows:
- 3 double bedrooms,
- 1 single bedroom
- 2 bathrooms (+ 1 at ground floor)
On the ground floor, in addition to the bathroom, you can find the living room with its fireplace, the dining room and the kitchen with its fireplace as well.
3) WEST WING (WW)
It is adjoining to the Greater Villa and it is located on the first and second floors.
It includes:
- 4 double bedrooms,
- 2 bathrooms,
- a kitchen with a panoramic balcony,
a dining/living room with its fireplace.
