"The property is more of a residential building with 3 floors of hotel rooms and whilst the standard of furnishing and the hotel ambience is 5 star the facilities I wouldn't say are. The pool area is really nice but the raised infinity pool means you can't see it from the sunbeds. The dog was drinking out the pool, constantly jumping over the gate to remain on the property front door, harassing us. We have two young children so this was quite alarming and worrying for us constantly. From the pictures on your site, I had a desk in the master bedroom and a bathroom with a tub. That was not what we were given. "We had a fantastic family holiday here. The house was spacious and clean. It's situated in a quiet location that suited us perfectly. The outdoor space was ideal: terrace dining, a heated swimming pool (we paid for heating, as it was early April), a quick stroll to the beach, and breathtaking views. "This a great villa with the beach literally a stones throw away. It's very spacious (we were a party of 7) inside and out. There are some parts of the villa that need some repairs when we were there (around the pool). There is not much around the villa but there is a restaurant within walking distance. We hired a car an explored the local area and drove to Ayia Napa. Larnaca itself is very nice with lots of bars and restaurants. This is one of the best we've stayed. I would recommend it."

"Gorgeous. Rooms and resort have all of the finishing touches for a high end resort. The staff are experienced and add an extra level of class to the place. They were outstanding. The food is another highlight. Excellent sommeliers too! Comfortable beds (and they accommodated the temperature I wanted the room nice and cool).
