THE SPACE
This single-level home has three bedrooms plus an additional sleeping space. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and crib; bedroom 2 has a double bed; bedroom 3 has two single beds; and the living room has a king bed. The backyard includes a private hot tub under a covered gazebo, fire pit, grill, outdoor seating, children's swing and calisthenics area. Inside, enjoy arcade and console games, a workspace and fast Wi-Fi.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire property. Nearby amenities include Lake Carobeth, shared beach access, trails and a seasonal shared outdoor community pool. Community amenities may be seasonal and are subject to availability and operating hours.

ARRIVAL & COMMUNITY
The home is in a private gated community. Each vehicle must be registered, and drivers must present valid identification and vehicle registration at the community welcome center. Weekend and holiday arrivals can involve a wait, so please allow extra time. Check-in is after 4:00 p.m.; checkout is before 10:00 a.m. Self check-in is available with a smart lock.

HOUSE RULES
Maximum 8 guests. Pets are welcome. No parties or events, smoking or disruptive noise. Quiet hours are 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Commercial photography is allowed.

Regular trash pickup is Monday; recycling pickup is Friday. Trash may be placed outside only from 6:00 p.m. the evening before collection until 6:00 p.m. on collection day. Guests may be cited or fined for disturbances or community-rule violations.

BEFORE CHECKOUT
Gather used towels, dispose of trash, turn things off and return any keys. Return bedroom remote controls to their original locations, visible, and living-room remotes to the table under the TV. Guests may be charged for missing remote controls.

Firewood is not included in the booking price. Contact the host if you would like firewood supplied at an additional cost. Exterior security cameras: two at the front of the house and a Ring device at the front door; two in the backyard and a Ring device at the back door facing the hot tub. Cameras are not monitored during booked stays. Noise decibel monitors are present.
