"This is a real gem. It is small but very accomodating. Love seeing the families enjoy themselves and seeing everyone walking their dogs. Very friebdly. Wish it hadn’t rain but our daughter still had a great time at the game room and the free ice cream. "Get away from the hustle and bustle of Williamsburg and stay here! A very seamless and quick (free) car ferry ride across the James to get to Busch Gardens and Jamestown. This place is great for families. There is even a basketball hoops the kids enjoyed! Lots of space to move and very quiet and serene. We tried 2/3 restaurants in town, both good. Neighbors were friendly and lots of charm. Amanda was fabulous to work with during our stay."

"The description of the property does no justice once you arrive. It’s very quiet, as clean as can be, and everything that is listed is correct. There is now a beautiful new pier in the back yard for easy launching of the kayaks, which the kids enjoyed every afternoon. The owners were very easy to communicate with during our stay and were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!"

"Stayed in the Deluxe Cabin with my significant other, in-laws, and two dogs. The porch was equipped with a large picnic table and two chairs with an umbrella. Inside was two bedrooms, a bathroom, and small living area with fridge and microwave. Everything was clean and neat. Peter was a great at answering my questions and very friendly. It was a very well maintained campground. Will stay there again when in the Williamsburg area! "
