I enjoyed the hotel. I asked for a quiet room and that is exactly what I got. There are a few things I would recommend to the hotel to improve. First the lighting....The lights in the living room, dining area, and bathroom were rather dim LED lights which did not quite give enough brightness. I would have been great if the living room had at least one lamp which could be used for reading. Also in the bedroom...the bedside lamps attached to the wall near the headboard were way too bright and undimmable, and were impossible to move to adequately use for reading in bed. Also, the only seating area in the living room was a very deep couch (which obviously could be used as a bed) but was not very comfortable to sit on. Would be nice if there were at least one comfortable chair in the living room for seating with a light for reading near it. But the hotel was very pleasant and intimate, and well located in a nice area with lots of eating options nearby.

All great. Really love the large rooms and the park across the street beautiful neighborhood.

I would especially like recognize the receptionist staff with outstanding service. From the moment we met her, she was incredibly helpful, warm, and attentive. She assisted us with arranging transportation, provided excellent restaurant recommendations, and helped us with numerous requests throughout our stay. What stood out most was her consistently positive attitude, willingness to help, and the genuine smile she brought to every interaction. Employees like the one we met are what make a hotel truly special. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication are a wonderful reflection of Gran Hotel and its values. I would like to congratulate the hotel management team for having such a remarkable person as part of your staff. Sarai is undoubtedly a valuable asset to Gran Hotel, and I hope you will share our appreciation and recognition with her. Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We look forward to returning to Gran Hotel in the future.

Had an excellent experience at the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was very central and close to lots of points of interest. Would definitely recommend.
