「Very clean two bedroom unit with front and back porch, tastefully decorated, modern, quiet neighborhood, beautiful tile floor throughout. Stunning sunsets over the Banana River steps away. 」

「Not a good place to stay for vacation unless you're a group of college kids who wont be inside much. There were holes in the ceiling from water leaks. Our condo did NOT face the beach, the ad gives you the impression your balcony is facing the ocean. We actually faced into the balconies of another complex. Bugs were present. Musty smelling like black mold is in the walls and ceiling. A lot of things were rusty. Bed is wore out and nasty smelling pillows were hard as a rock. We had to sleep on...

「the place was perfect. great view of river. able to see SpaceX taking off. great pool but only 1 table with an umbrella. the bed in the master bedroom was concave in the middle and very difficult to get out of. only a blender was found - no crock pot or electric hand mixer. no great metal baking dishes. all in all I would stay there again but the kitchen could use more small appliances. also no kitchen hand towels. I had to use white ones from the bathroom」
