Nice room, most staff are good. Food excellent and good value. Phone didn’t work in either room we had reserved. Housekeeping not great, no clean towels and replacement items in bathroom.

Wonderful stay!!!

One night stop for us…Wide options for the buffet breakfast and tasty food. Very comfortable bed and everything high standards. Spa facilities were “cherry on top” for the stay! Would really love to come again!

Unfriendly hotel staff, but restaurant staff were fine. Sofa was dirty with questionable stains. Door handles were loose. Toilet seat vibrated as if there was an earthquake, potentially due to vibrations from some hotel equipment below. No water or coffee in the room. Very uncomfortable and hard bed. Certainly not what one would expect of a 4-star hotel.

Quality control is lacking, a need to check the rooms more often in detail might help to prevent customers to complain about broken or nor working things. Some of staff need training on how to greete and assist customers in a hotel at this level.

A decent location, and good sized rooms. But the hotel is past it's prime, and in definite need of maintenance, and the staff showed little interest in helping with anything. Plug sockets and lamps in the room weren't working. The fire alarm was faulty - it went off randomly one afternoon, and reception phoned my room and wrongly accused me of smoking. Two days in a row housekeeping removed all toilet paper from the room and didn't replace it.

Modern, very clean hotel. Just outside the city centre, yet an easy walk in. In a quiet location with framed views over the hillside from the lounge terrace. Helpful staff, generally spoke very good English. Highly recommend.
