Lovely hosts who prepare breakfast with items from the local bakery. Spacious family room split into 2 sections with comfortable beds and Netflix / YouTube on offer as well as TV. Very handy for the city centre. Excellent value for money.

Very well located, safe area even though it looked run down. Difficult to access property with very poor instructions given at the last minute despite many previous requests for information. Although it states people available at reception, no one was around whilst we were there, apart from the staff who were very helpful during breakfast, which was not a buffet at all by the way, so the information in the website is incorrect. There is not a 24 hour front desk like it states in the website. It looks like the owners leave the poor staff to cope with all the work. If you are arriving late at night be prepared to take at least an hour to figure out how to get in.

First impression wasn’t great. But I was pleasantly surprised. I arrived at the location and the area surrounding is sketchy. I was nervous. (And tired from walking from the bus stop with luggage). I had a hard time following the instructions as did others with me. The main floor bar area wasn’t open. You need to go in and go up 2 floors and then you will see the door in the instructions. Once inside the room was clean. The bed is ok and the pillows are not great but ok. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Staff was fantastic. I would recommend.
