"I was a little disappointed in this BW Plus hotel. I have had great experiences in the past, but this one just didn't live up to my previous experiences. The room was straightened, but you could tell they had not vacuumed the room. The bed was absolutely horrible. It was a King and had a divot that pushed me toward the top of the bed. So much so, that I woke several times throughout the night because my head was jammed against the headboard. The base of the bed had a sheet metal frame, and it made a lot of noise every time I shifted in the bed. The one highlight of this stay was the breakfast. The lady cooking knew what she was doing and everything was cooked perfectly."

"My stay was fine. The room you book online is misleading it’s really a studio not a suite. It was still a good size. I will say my they were very attentive to any issue I brought to their attention. Breakfast was great. I did receive my deposit back in a timely manner. I will definitely stay again. "

"Front desk staff was wonderful. I was in and out without issue. Check in was a sinch. Miesha texted to check in on me to make sure my stay was sufficient. I will always choose this location whenever I am in this area."

"Initial clerk was nice but the rest was a nightmare and I would NEVER recommend to anyone! I was overcharged for early departure twice after not feeling safe, I did not sleep in the hotel and returned the next morning at 0817 and checked out, returning the keys to the desk clerk and I was still charged for staying two nights. The desk clerk was very unprofessional telling me to check out through Hotels.com and she could not check me out. She wrote 0817 on the checkout printout she gave me but I knew it was not done in the computer if you hand write it. Two hours later someone checked me out the system per the digital receipt proceeded to charge me again and the reversed the refund and charged me another night. Hotels.com tried to also contact the hotel with no success as I was on the phone with them as I walked out of the hotel and multiple times the day I checked out. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and wouldn't leave my puppy to sleep there either. Do yourself a favor and stay in another hotel for safety. "

"The lobby and our room was very clean and the front deso staff was super friendly and always greeted us nicely when entering and exiting. But there were sketchy looking people in the parking lot almost always, didnt pick up their garbage or anything and we left yesterday for a few hours and had a do not disturb sign outside our door but someone had been in our room. Lots of our stuf had been moved around and it definitely wasnt the cleaning staff, everything seemed to be accounted for but someone had been in there for sure. "

"Staff were not helpful at check in or several times when trying to get clean towels delivered to the room. They said they would bring to the room but never showed up. Then they said just pick up at the desk when we got back. When we did that, then they said we needed to bring the dirty ones down to exchange. But they couldn't bring to the room. No hair dryer in the room and apparently not anywhere in the hotel. Huge dead bug in corner of room. Each night of our stay, we were treated to endless knocking on walls and doors, loud voices, and on the last night a domestic dispute that probably should have had the police involved. Swimming pool was closed 2 of 3 nights we were there. Pancake machine was not working at least one of the days and the sausage gravy looked like it was the same from the day before. Beds and pillows were decent and we did at least sleep well."

"Breakfast was great. Nice variety of items. The lady taking care of the breakfast area kept the area clean and all the food items stocked. I think her name was Denise. The room smelled musty and a spritz of Lysol spray might help. "
