"The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was decent enough. The location was too bad either. Walkable to Burnham park and even the SM mall, if you're a walking person. A bit challenging to get a taxi as it's very popular in Baguio. The room was okay. Clean but very poorly maintained. A lot of things needing upgrading. The shower couldn't even drain properly. Some of the clean towels had stains on them. Overall, just lucky we had a place to stay. Ion hotel used to be holiday inn. Would recommend if you were on a budget."

"The only complain i had was that they did not make up room on my 2nd day even when i pressed the clean up room button on the door. Although that was not a very big deal, the thing was i called for a replacement of the water but after calling it took another 8hrs for me to call again for the water to be replaced."

"A very pleasant surprise. We went there on our honeymoon and the hotel in immaculate and very charming in both it's overall appearance, it's rooms, and it's staff. The free buffet breakfast in the morning was very well done, with a huge dining room with many tables looking out over a delightful outside panorama. We definitely plan on returning there whenever we decide we need to get out of this heat down below for a break."

"Its very easy to find and its close to The Mansion. The room are nice except the floors in one bedroom is outdated and needs replacements. Theres no knives or chopping board in their kitchen.Rhe crew are very nice and very attentive. Will recommend for the family. The room are big enough for 8 people. We will definitely stay again if we come back."
