They need to do better with cleaning, it’s such a beautiful property but needs cleaning!! The shower heads were dirty and saw some mold up in the ceiling the the bathrooms. The sinks were also pretty gross. Overall tho, staffs are very friendly and amenities are great

Hotel’s neighbourhood is perfect for relaxation. Room’s amenities are quite dated such as bathroom. Really enjoyed breakfast buffet at Kuya J’s. Staff are very friendly and courteous.

Great property..different room options to accommodate a bigger family. The place is kinda hard to find as there is not enough signs, and you can't see the hotel from the street (had to go thru a narrow st leading up to the hotel). Staffs are all very nice and attentive. Buffet breakfast is 5 star!!!👍

Very Efficient Check-in & Check-out

Had a good stay and the check-in and check-out was very efficient. My friend checked in for us since I parked. By the time I was done, she was already in the room. Same with when I got the car for when we left. My only issue is no elevator from the parking.

I wouldn’t recommend this place

I booked a 2 bedroom studio for 6 persons for an overnight stay on 12/29/24. Good value for money if you don’t mind dingy accommodations with windows and balcony facing a wall, clogged toilet, no hot water in one of the two bathrooms, and front desk staff telling you that they charge for extra towels because you asked for them on the morning of check out day instead of the night before (huh???). In short, this is not The Manor, the only place in Baguio worth staying in if you want to enjoy the city.

The skyline view room is has a nice view. The amenities inside the room was great. The staff and servers in the resto. were very friendly and polite. They are very helpful esp. if you have a disability. The cons - not convenient to shop or eat elsewhere. Generally, we would come back to this hotel.

The room itself was OK. The shower was pretty bad. The shower wall grout was growing mold, the shower head was corroded so that water only came out of a few holes. The water was lukewarm at best, the water in the room’s kitchen was not drinkable/potable. I was charged a higher price for a room that faced a wall so there was no view; however the balcony didn’t have any chairs to sit and enjoy a view so the management was aware of the situation. The staff were polite and courteous. The property looked average and the breakfast buffet was okay. But I will never book this hotel again.
