Our family friendly condo is part of a small, peaceful and serene association located directly on Lake Winnisquam, adorned with impeccable landscaping with beautiful flowers and plantings, private lake access and day docks available for use. Our modern 3-bedroom unit features an open floor plan with living room/dining room combo, a full kitchen complete with dishwasher, an updated bathroom with modern nautical finishes, and 3 large bedrooms each equipped with TVs and decadent queen beds. The private deck offers stylish and comfortable seating, an electric grille, and unobstructed lake views.

Day Dock rental

Guests who would like to rent a Day Dock, the cost is $100/day. Guests must submit a request form ahead of the rental date to confirm availability.

Quiet lake front retreat

What a lovely lake front home. There is a nice common area to hang out. The kitchen is plenty of space to prepare simple meals. The porch and deck are perfect for relaxing. Parking was really easy. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely, quiet location

Expensive rental and we wished there were water views from inside the unit. Three bedrooms was a plus but the living area was small and had furniture worn, and uncomfortable chairs and sofa. We liked the outside deck and views but did not want to sit and use the Outside deck furniture and table because they were loaded with pollen, these should pieces should be vacuumed and dusted before guests are coming in.
