「Fridge seemed to be a little on warmer side not sure it was working properly but wasn't a concern for me. Was a pair of old boxers left by the hot tube not mine. Hot tub water was on lower side with grass and stuff in it. Couch wasn't what was in pictures and had some tains but brought blankets to cover so not a huge deal. Really just little things in my opinion but want to write an honest review.」

「The house was comfortable and clean. It was very easy to locate and a short walk to the beach. The house is located in a very quiet and clean neighborhood. The house is supplied with nice towels; the beds are comfortable and the kitchen wells supplied with dishes, cookware and utensils. 「The house has everything you need for a great stay in Rockaway Beach! The house was clean and well stocked. Gary was communicative when issues arose and everything was clearly organized and labeled in the house. Location is perfect for access to anything in town or up and down the coast. There is a slant to the floors on the south side of the house, but the bed has been leveled and was comfortable. We would definitely stay again.」

「Had to clean BBQ grill it was filthy dirty. They charge $50.00 if they have to clean it. I had to buy propane at $14.00 for a bottle. I forgot my Bluetooth speaker valued at $135.00 and couldn't make contact with anyone to get it back so I went and bought another one. So some sort of compensation on this not so great visit would be appreciated.」

「It smelled of mold/mildew as soon as you walked in and we found the culprit of a leaking window upstairs, at the top of the stairs. There was mold and mildew on the window sill and growing in between the window panes. Management was responsive and sent someone out to clean but there wasn't a lot they could do. If I could do it over I would have left and booked somewhere else. The view was lovely. The bed was comfortable. We didn't cook or spend a lot of time hanging out inside of the house.」

「We love this location and it was the 2nd condo we have stayed at in this complex. The location cant be beat. we love the lay out of the place and the ocean views it has to offer. The apartment is very clean over all and beds are very comfy. I didnt give 5 star because it does need some deep cleaning and carpets need to be either professionally shampooed or replaced. When I had questions about the place, they got back to me asap which was great. Note, bring some beach towels and beach chairs....
