「Great interior space with nice e views」

「Don't stay here. I'd spend the small amount more per night and go to Surfside Resort down the street... which is what we did. The room was gross- a 2-inch gap between the bottom of the door and the floor at the entrance. The kitchen was noticeably slanted downhill, and the bathroom had a cardboard sign in the window that said "do not open..." (clearly it didn't work, but that sign has been there a long time, too, given the water marks on the cardboard). The fridge had noticeable dust, brown...

「My family loved staying here for our weekend getaway. Quiet community, you can hear the ocean from the cottage. Just a short walk to the beach with plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby.」

「Upon opening front door-a moldy, musty odor was very strong. We opened the window and front door to air out. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The toilet was loose and rocked when sat upon. Would not come again. 」

「Really enjoyed this spot, not only close to the beach but allows dogs which is such a plus. You could tell it was newly remodeled as everything was very nice, clean and put together. Perfect little fridge, coffee maker and just the right essentials. Great communication with the host and just a little Rockaway Gem. Would definitely stay again!」
